A free Halloween dog parade in Claremont Park: a dog village with treats, music and photo spots from 11am, the parade at noon, and costume judging with prizes for best dressed, spookiest and best dog-and-owner duo. Parade dogs register in advance, and every dog in the park stays on a lead. Money raised goes to Pets As Therapy.
